Colleen Bradley

Chief Financial Officer

Colleen graduated with her bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting from Neumann University. After graduating, Colleen began her career at Artisan’s Savings bank where she started as the Assistant Controller and worked her way up to the CFO position. While working at Artisan’s, Colleen continued her education at Widener University and initially pursued an MBA with a concentration in accounting, but after managing a $150 million investment portfolio and performing proforma scenarios, she transitioned and graduated with a major in finance.

Colleen always has had a deep respect and appreciation for education and an opportunity presented itself at Westtown School, a private PK-12 grade boarding school. Colleen moved on and began working with a bank to raise money for a capital project. She quickly became engaged and learned the finances and operations associated with a boarding school. Eventually Colleen became the CFO at the school and continued her career at West Chester University, Upland Country Day School, St. Edmond’s Academy, and lastly, Odyssey Charter School as the Manager of Finance and Payroll.

From a family perspective, Colleen was blessed to be born into a family of 11 including her parents.  She was the middle child and as she describes she was old enough to babysit her youngest 4 siblings, but not old or cool enough to hang out with her 4 oldest siblings.  She married her husband Chris in 1989 (who is from a family of 10 including his parents) and they have 4 sons Christopher (28), Timothy (23), Daniel (20) and Brian (18).  As one can imagine there is no such thing as a small celebration at the Bradley’s’!
