Along the shore of the Indian River Bay just outside Bethany Beach, Pettinaro built the 550-unit Bethany Bay Resort Community & Golf Club on 420 lush acres, 200 of which are protected wetlands. Complete in 2011, the community boasts manicured lawns, a beautifully maintained 9 hole golf course, swimming pool, pool-side spa, boat ramp, clubhouse, fitness center, and tennis courts.
