The Christina Crescent Building

Located in the heart of the Wilmington Riverfront, this 279,377 square foot, class "A" office building is leased to Barclays Bank, Cosi fast-casual restaurant, The Goddard School, Crescent Dental and Delaware Diagnostic & Rehabilitation Center. Pettinaro, using its in-house construction company, Pettinaro Construction Company, Inc (PCCI)., completed this building in June of 2007, receiving the 2007 AIA Design Award for its innovative design and focus on environmental sustainability. The project was also awarded the 2007 ABC Delaware Excellence in Construction Award. PCCI, as with all Pettinaro projects, utilized an in-house architectural, services in cooperation with outside architectural firms, for the design and generation of the construction documents. PCCI acted as the construction manger for Barclays entire fit-out and the state owned 1,100 car parking garage adjacent to this site as well.
