Churchman’s Corporate Center

New Castle, Delaware

Completed in 2000

Pettinaro renovated the struggling strip mall, known in the 1980’s as the New Castle Square Mall, into a 250,000 SF office complex now known as Churchman’s Corporate Center. Originally built in 1973, it was previously called The Triangle Mall that featured a supermarket, pharmacy, movie theater, and more. By the late 1990s, most stores had closed for business. Since its redevelopment from retail to office use, Churchman’s has been home to a Bank of America call center, HSBC, State of Delaware agencies, and TD Bank, and Sallie Mae Bank.
