London Grove Village

On the verge of one of the worst economic downturns in this country’s history, Pettinaro built the 321,000 SF London Grove Village Shopping Center. The Acme and Lowe’s anchored retail center is located immediately off of Route 1 in beautiful Chester County, PA. The center debuted with Acme opening in late 2007 and Lowe’s opening just a few months later. National, regional and local tenants followed, including Subway, Supercuts, Sake Hana Sushi Grill, Pet Supplies “Plus”, Philly Pretzel Factory, GNC, and Goodwill. Most recently, a Fine Wine & Good Spirits was constructed and completed in 2016 on one of the pad sites in front of the center, where there are pad site opportunities still available. Directly north of the shopping center, there are future development plans for additional office and retail structures.
