Previously a neglected Dravo Shipyard Engineering office, Pettinaro saw potential in the abandoned structure situated directly next to the Daniel S. Frawley Stadium at the heart of the Wilmington Riverfront. Pettinaro completed the redevelopment of the building into a Class A office building while distinctly preserving characteristics of the original structure. Home to tenants in a variety of industries, the Red Brick Building, located at 750 Shipyard Drive, offers incredible views of downtown Wilmington, the Christina River and Frawley Stadium.
